This is one of Plett's traditional mature suburbs and is defined as the area between Longships Drive and Robberg Beach. The closer to the beach, the more expensive the properties generally are, with Beachy Head Drive recognized as Millionaire's Row. Property values can therefore vary from R1,2 million in Longships Drive to plus R20 million on Beachy Head. The area between Beachy Head and Longships is very popular amongst Plettenberg Bay residents, being protected from wind and close to the beach and town centre, whilst being affordable, and well populated by an equal mix of permanent and holiday owners. There are green belt sections and abundant birdlife in this area and residents are able to walk to Robberg Beach, which is doggy friendly. There are a large number of Sectional Title town house / condominium developments in this area due to the close proximity to Robberg Beach.
